Like best: Henry did a very professional job on our windows, door and patio cover. Great job and he really focused on the details. He did each job in the time frame he stated it would take. the windows are awesome, our door does not leak like it did and the patio cover can't be beat. Our old cover was a monster and Henry took it down and installed one that looks great. Overall, Henry can be trusted to do quality work at a fair price I highly recommend Henry for windows, doors, and patio covers. Very friendly and professional demeanor.

Like best: Everything about Henry and team was fast: Quick scheduling for the measurement, turn-around for the quote, easy review and sign process, and though we thought it was going to be 20 weeks to delivery, it was not even half of that and the crew got 'em installed in a day and hauled the old windows off. Like best: Everything! Henry and his son did a fabulous job installing our new sliding glass door. The install was not typical requiring more work than a standard install. Henry installed it from the outside requiring taking off cedar trim. The new door was wider than the old one so all the exterior wood cedar trim had to be cut to fit. He did an excellent job cutting the trim to fit. It was better than the original trim work. We are finishing up a major whole home remodel and Pane did our windows and this door. They were the best of all the contractors we worked with, and that's saying a lot. I was very particular who worked on my house and was very please with all contractors with only one exception. But Pane Windows and Doors were the best of all of them. I highly recommend them. Great price and workmanship. This company is great!
How to improve: I have no idea what areas could be improved on.

Anything to add: Henry’s communication with me throughout the process couldn’t have been better. He scheduled a date for my window install with the explanation that COVID was causing a delay on supply chain. When the install date got near, he updated me on a new date to let me know the warehouse still was waiting on the windows. As soon as they arrived he quickly scheduled a date for install and everything was done well and super clean! Cost was low, quality was high, and install was fast. This was the second time using him and I won’t ever consider another window installer in the future. Thanks so much Henry!

Like best: After moving in to my new home, I knew I needed to find a way to let more light in, and to upgrade the front door and some older windows. When Henry came out to give me an estimate, he listened, asked questions, and pointed out a few things I had not even thought of. His guidance was spot on. My upgrades included (among other things) increasing the size of my master bedroom window, and adding a large sliding glass door package where there was currently a small window. Both involved cutting big holes in my walls - which kind of terrified me! I had no reason to fear - Henry and his team did everything to perfection - and even neatly stacked all the brick they cut out! I love my new energy efficient windows and door, and the light and view they've added to my home have increased not only its value, but my enjoyment.

Like best: My wife and I have had Pane Windows
replace several windows in our house over the last
few years. Every time we work with Henry, we are extremely pleased. He strives to give you the best
job he can. He worked with us to get a warranty issue resolved on an older window that was already there.
He is very experienced in window installation. We
have had lead glass removed and replaced, garage, attic, bathrooms, office and even a bay window in a breakfast room replaced. We have always been
pleased with his work. Recently, we had Henry install
a doorway cover/awning on my workshop. The entire thing is made of metal and attached to the shop and has a couple of support beams anchored on the concrete. I tried to wiggle one of the beams, but it did not budge! Thanks, Henry, for your good work.

Here's my 5-star review:
A year ago, I hired someone to enclose my porch for
which I had purchased a Plygem (Home Depot) sliding
door. After the contractor installed the door, I noticed the frame was cracked and the newly enclosed porch leaked at floor level.
Finding another contractor filled me with dread, but I
called Pane Windows and Doors for an estimate. Henry
did not think the cracked frame was the issue but knew it would always be at the back of my mind. Henry was right on both accounts.
The sliding door that Henry ordered from Alside is of
better quality. It is easier to close and lock, has a better handle and a better sliding screen. He also re-worked the door frame because mine was a little high to step over and made sure my door opened to my preferred side. Henry was insightful as to which type of glass I
should choose.
I recommend Henry (Pane Windows and Doors) for his honesty, workmanship, knowledge, timeliness and
quality of product.
